Trimming drysuit gaskets…how hard could it be…right? Well, it isn’t hard to trim a rubber gasket, but it is hard to do it in a way so that it won’t tear on you very soon. This happens to customers all the time. When a customer receives a suit back from me, their old and soft gasket is no longer there and is replaced by one that is going to be wayyy tighter. So, I made this video to illustrate a no nonsense way to trim gaskets for a long life on the water.
