Here you will find a list of our most frequently asked questions with links within our site to answers and other helpful info.  If you ever want a question asked, and you don’t find it  here, please just email us or call us.

1.Q: How do I find out how much it costs to get repair work done?

A: If you click on the Repair Order Forms link above you will be guided to an order form that lists our prices on things.

2. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: I accept MC, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks, Gov’t Credit Cards.  I no longer accept Paypal.

3. Q: How long will it take my gear to get fixed?

A: I aim to get the work done within 7-10 days from the day I receive it.  Lack of payment slows that down a bit.

4. Q: Do you take rush orders?

A: Yes, as long as I am able and I do charge a bit extra.  I need to know firm dates that you need the gear back by.  Sometimes you must expedite ship on either end to make certain your time frame is met.

5. Q: How do I go about getting you to fix my gear?

A: Just click on the link in the main menu called “Repair Order Forms” and choose the form you want.  Follow the instructions there.

6. Q: How do I buy a Kokatat suit from you and why can’t I just click on the picture and buy it like you can on REI.com?

A: Buying a suit from us is like going to a boutique shop.  I don’t do generic.  I want to make sure you get a custom fit, activity specific suit that meets your needs.  As long as you don’t mind the wait (4-8 weeks) you will get the Kokatat suit you always wanted, guaranteed.

7. Q: Why is Kokatat the only brand you sell?

A: For kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing, I feel that Kokatat simply makes the absolute finest suits on the market-bar none.  Why sell 3 different competitor’s brands just to offer variety, when I can just offer the best?
